Although shipping within the contiguous U.S.A. by FedEx ground is already included in our prices, there will be a modest surcharge for orders shipped to other locales and by other methods (Next-Day Air, etc.). For such orders, our customer service department will calculate the shipping charges, and e-mail you those costs for approval. If, upon receipt of your order you discover that it has been damaged in shipment, you must notify BallQube®, LC within 14 days to have it replaced. In addition, you must hold the damaged freight for 10 additional days for the carrier's (UPS or FedEx) inspection. Returns Other then damaged products as followed.
