Which Collectors Conventions Are You Heading To This Year?

Building a sizeable memorabilia collection takes time and effort. It’s often the work of many years, or even a lifetime. Serious collectors may bid on rare items and attempt to widen their collection that way, but there are also plenty of opportunities to get autographs directly from the players themselves.

The National Sports Collectors Convention and the TriStar Show are two of our favorite conventions, and each of them have a strong lineup of players, coaches, and managers on hand who will be signing autographs this year.

The National is well known for the big names it brings in every year, and this year is no exception. The National will be held at the Donald E Stephens Convention Center in Chicago (Rosemont) IL July 26-30, 2017. Headlining the list of players will be Alex Rodriguez, but he’s just the start of an impressive list of names. Lou Brock, Steve Carlton, Dennis Eckersley, Reggie Jackson, Tony LaRussa, Jim Rice, Cal Ripken Jr., Ozzie Smith, and many more will all be in attendance to sign autographs. And that’s just for baseball.

Football stars Eric Dickerson, Bob Griese, Jim Kelly, Steve Largent and Barry Sanders will be on hand, along with Dennis Rodman, Julius Erving and Rick Barry from the NBA. The NHL guests include Jeremy Roenick, Phil Esposito, Brett Hull, and Ray Bourque. You’ll also have a chance to get Mike Tyson’s autograph at the National this year.

There’s likely a number of autographs you want from that crowd, and you can check out their website for the full list of players and coaches who will be signing autographs. You’ll likely walk away from the show with quite a few more baseballs, footballs, or other pieces of memorabilia for the collection.

And that means you’ll need a way to protect them and store them without hassle. If you’ve been collecting for years, you probably have a system of your own. But are you happy with the way your collection is being stored?

If you’ve got some doubts about your ability to keep piling up memorabilia in your rec room, then you should look into BallQube cases. Our cases are the clearest, most durable cases on the market. We patented the two-piece display case, and BallQube cases have been made right here in the U.S.A since the very beginning.

The cases are of the highest quality materials and design, but they’ll also provide you with a solution when it comes to storing your collection. BallQube cases are stackable, fitting together perfectly in rows and columns of baseballs, hockey pucks, golf balls, and any other signed memorabilia you can get your hands on. If your collection is starting to get out of hand, use our cases to bring it back in line, while adding even more autographs.

No more looking around for the one surface that hasn’t been taken up with autographs. Instead, use BallQube cases to easily clear out a room and safely display your collection with pride. Whatever you need protected, we’ve got a case for you.
